Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Fablo app and website handle your data. The data controller is Jum'a Alsafartee, a sole proprietor established in Jordan.
We do not sell your data, we do not show targeted ads, and we share data only with the service providers needed to run the app.
What we collect
- A device identifier for your guest account, created on first launch.
- If you link Apple or Google: the account identifier, and your email if you share it.
- What you listen to and watch: episodes, playback position, your library and the series you follow.
- Your coin, purchase and subscription history, and the transaction identifiers sent by the store or payment provider.
- A push token, if you allow notifications.
- Crash reports and technical data about your device and operating system.
We do not ask for your real name or phone number, and we do not access your contacts or precise location.
Why we collect it
- To play episodes and sync your position across devices.
- To manage your coin balance, unlocked episodes and subscription.
- To notify you when a series you follow gets a new episode.
- To fix crashes and understand usage in aggregate.
Country and region
We derive your country from your IP address using a copy of the IPinfo Lite database kept on our own servers, to choose language and prices. The address is not sent to IPinfo and is not stored.
Service providers
- Apple and Google: sign-in and in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat: purchase and subscription validation.
- Paddle: web payments when offered, as merchant of record.
- Cloudflare: episode storage and delivery.
- Sentry: crash reporting.
- PostHog (EU-hosted): usage statistics keyed to an internal id, not to your identity. The website sets no cookies.
- Expo: push notification delivery.
Retention
We keep account data while the account exists. When you delete your account, its data is erased within 30 days, except financial transaction records we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Delete your account from Settings in the app, or by writing to us.
Children
The app is intended for ages 13 and up. If we learn we have collected data from a younger child, we delete it.
Changes
We post any change on this page and update its date, and tell you in the app when a change is material.
