Your account

The app starts with a guest account tied to your device. Link Apple or Google to keep your purchases and move them to another device. An unlinked guest account is lost if the app is deleted or the device is lost.

You must be 13 or older.

Coins

• Coins are an in-app virtual balance for unlocking episodes. They are not money and have no cash value.
• Paid and bonus coins never expire while your account exists.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or sold.
• Bonus coins (gifts and rewards) are spent before paid coins.
• If a purchase is refunded, the coins it added are removed from your balance.

Unlocking episodes

An episode you unlock with coins stays unlocked on your account for as long as it is available in the service. We may withdraw content whose rights expire; if we do, we return coins for paid episodes you had not finished.

Subscription

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, or on the checkout page if you subscribed on the web. It stays active until the end of the paid period.

What the subscription includes is shown in the app before purchase, and it may not cover new episodes during their first days.

Content

Content is licensed to you for personal listening and viewing inside the app only. You may not copy, record or redistribute it.

Some voices and scenes are made with AI, and the series page says so.

If you find content that breaks the rules, report it with the Report button in the app.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to bypass episode locks or reach media files directly.
• Do not use automated tools to collect content.
• Do not abuse purchases or refunds.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Deleting an account forfeits its coin balance and unlocked episodes.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without prejudice to consumer rights you hold in your own country.
